Therapy for Anxiety

It's hard to turn your brain off sometimes. Worrying what other's may be thinking of you....are they judging you?

Do you find yourself worrying what might happen in the future? What if I don't get this done? What if I fail?....what if, what if, what if?

When we are worried about something, we are often feeling like we need to protect ourselves. With anxiety, sometimes you don't even know what you need to protect yourself from, which is why it can be hard to relax, you can be easily irritated or on edge, it can be hard to concentrate, and let's just be honest, it is exhausting.

It's not surprising that anxiety disorders are the most common mental health issue throughout the world. There's a lot that could possibly go wrong,. Working through the anxiety allows you to handle the unknown, being able to accept the unpredictability of life.

Using skills built in your therapy experience will allow you to face the day as it comes, and not let the fear of the unknown control your ability to be happy.
